Bella P. Rabesa

Bella P. (Lima) Rabesa, 89, of Falmouth, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2019 at the Falmouth Hospital. She was a Cape Cod resident all her life, also having lived in Mashpee and Cotuit. She worked as a seamstress for many years.

Bella was the wife of the late Arthur Rabesa, Sr. and the late John Souza. She leaves her son, John Souza and his wife Jamie of Waquoit, daughter Carol Souza and her partner, Rick of Mashpee, and her son Brian “Stormy” Souza and his wife Shelley of Waquoit. She was the grandmother of Shiloe Burzinski and her husband Steve of Texas, Chelsea Watts and husband Andrew of Sandwich, and Christopher Souza of Tigard Oregon. She also leaves her great grandchildren Peyton and Madeleine, and several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held from 2-5 PM on Sunday, April 14th at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Falmouth. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on Monday, April 15th at St. Anthony’s Church, 167 East Falmouth Hwy (Route 28), East Falmouth. Burial to follow in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
