Katherine R. Maguire, 87, of Barre, formerly of Buzzards Bay died Saturday, December 29, 2018 at her home unexpectedly.

Born in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Anne Marie (Brucato) St. Marco.  Mrs. Maguire moved to Buzzards Bay in 1972 and recently moved to Barre to be closer to children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  She was a parishioner of St. Margaret’s Church in Buzzards Bay and St. Francis of Assisi in Barre.

Mrs. Maguire worked as a clerk in the banking industry.  She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Robin Gregory and her husband David Gustamachio of Coventry, CT; her granddaughters, Abbey Oliver and her husband Jake of Barre, Rebecca Nordstrom and her husband Andrew of Longmont, CO, her step-granddaughter, Leah Gustamachio of Coventry, CT; her great grandchildren, Judah and Madeline Oliver, and her cousin, Sandra Yeskewicz and her husband Joe of Middleboro.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 18, 2019 at St. Margaret’s Church, Main Street, Buzzards Bay at 10 AM.  Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Middleboro.  Visiting hours have been omitted.
