Patrice Jeanne Faulhefer

Patrice Jeanne Faulhefer, 28, passed away in her husband’s arms on December 27th, 2018 at the Cleveland Clinic, nearly a year after receiving a double lung transplant there. She was born on March 5th, 1990 to Kevin and Jean McGuinness-Rossi. Patrice’s passion was helping people. She graduated with her Masters of Social Work in 2014 from Boston University.  She worked at South Bay Mental Health as a Mental Health Clinician specializing in trauma. She had a gift for helping others. Everyone knew they could turn to her for advice or help, and she was always more than happy to help. On May 31st, 2015, Patrice married Eric Faulhefer. Her family and friends meant everything to her. She made sure to send at least a card for every occasion to remind everyone how much she loved them. One of her favorite things to do was to simply grab Coffee at Nirvana with a friend and catch up.

 Patrice is survived by her husband, Eric; her grandparents, Bert and Helen Fournier; her parents, Kevin and Jean, two brothers, Dan and James; and her many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends,

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday January 6th from 2-5 pm at the Morris, O’Connor & Blute Funeral Home, 58 Long Pond Drive, South Yarmouth. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday January 7th at 11 am at Saint Pius x Church, Station Ave., South Yarmouth.
