HARWICH - Andrew Edward Bennett Sr., 87, left us for his final trip on May 4, 2018. The day he referred to as “his moving day.” After a long and fulfilling life, he left us to be with the God to whom he devoted his entire life. Though he never became a pastor, he devoted his life to ministering others. He served as Deacon in the church and held numerous positions working on church boards. He was always working to help the homeless and the youth.
One of his most beloved past times was playing softball with the Cape Cod Old Timers Softball League. He was a die-hard Red Sox Fan, and loved watching their games. He always read the daily newspaper and could tell you pretty much everything that was going on in the world.
