Ann E. (Farrell) Chambers, 59, devoted wife of the late John “Crow” Chambers, died peacefully while surrounded by her daughters on November 26, 2018. Daughter of the late George and Barbara (Stewart) Farrell, Ann was a lifelong resident of Bridgewater and was also a graduate of BR, Class of 1977 . In her 20’s she attended art school in Boston and she married her sweetheart Crow on May 19, 1984.
Ann was a devoted homemaker however she worked at Linden Ponds for over 8 years before her illness. She loved art and as a young woman would do painting and sketches and later in life, when her family was with her she would fill that passion by doodling and doing crafts with her grandchildren. She loved nature, birds, cooking, and music. She loved all animals and most importantly she loved being with her family.
Ann was the loving mother of Mary E. Froio and her husband Thomas of Berkley, Amy L. Chambers and her fiancé Sean Murley both of Taunton, and Michaela J. Chambers and her companion Nathan Billings both of Hanson. Proud “Gaga” of Madison and Greyson and sister of Mary and John Rolfe of Easton, Susan and David White of East Bridgewater, Kristen, and Kenneth Lortie of Raynham, and the late Michael Farrell. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
All are cordially invited to the Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St. Bridgewater on Sunday, December 2, 2018 for a visitation period from 1-3pm and service beginning at 3pm. Burial will be on Monday, December 3, 2018 at 12PM at Holy Family Cemetery, 92 Centre Ave., Rockland.
