Beulah A. Reale

Beulah A. (Medets) Reale, 93, of West Bridgewater and formerly of Bridgewater and Brockton passed away on Sept. 6, 2018 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center.  She was the wife of the late Joseph W. Reale and daughter of the late Frank and Augusta (Kenizcera) Medets. 

She was born and raised in Bridgewater and grew up on Cottage Street.  Beulah was a beautiful woman inside and out and was always the sharpest dresser.  She was the Snow Queen for the Bridgewater High School Class of 1942.  Beulah worked for New England Telephone and then for Extrusion Technology in Randolph for over 30 years.  She was a great cook, enjoyed sailing, loved animals, and most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Beulah is survived by her daughter, Karen Reale-Douglas and her husband Wayne of West Bridgewater.  Loving “Nan” of Dorothy “Dorrie” Douglas of Flower Mound, Texas and Bridgit Ann Douglas of Sharon.  She was predeceased by her son, Allen Reale and her sister, Mildred O’Donnell.

Special thanks to her care providers, Lynn Graham, the staff at Braemoor Health Center, Good Samaritan Medical Center, and Hospice Care.

Visitation will be held on Monday, Sept. 17, 2018 from 9:30-10:30 AM with a service at 10:30 AM at Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St., Bridgewater.  Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in West Bridgewater.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to MSPCA-Angell, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.
