Bob Fielding Barker passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on November 25, 2017. Born on January 13, 1952 in Fort Worth, Texas, and most recently of Mashpee, MA.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Barker, and children; Courtney E. Parece of Mashpee, MA, Bridget M. Parece, of Orem, UT, Tamela Gail Kelley and her husband Don, of Houston, TX, Robert John Barker of Gatesville, TX, Jonathan Paul Barker and his wife Conception, of South Yarmouth, MA, Benjamin Charles Barker of Gatesville, TX and Fredrick Hilliard Barker of Grand Junction, CO, grandchildren; Nadine and Daniel Barker, Lanie Barker, Hayli and Noah Barker, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his mother Ethel Hilliard Barker, his father Benjamine Clyde Barker, stepmother Joyce Kemp Barker, and brother Benjamin C. Barker, Jr.
He was an avid Disney fan, eventually becoming a travel planner for Walt Disney Travel, and enjoyed hours of golfing as a member at Holly Ridge Golf Club. An Army veteran, he proudly served his country during the Vietnam War.
A bookkeeper most of his life he was a founding partner of Kaybeetwo, Inc. in West Dennis, working side by side with his beloved friend and aunt, Jacqueline Keen.
A visitation will be held at the Chapman Cole and Gleason Funeral Home, 74 Algonquin Ave., (Rte 151), Mashpee on Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at Chapman Cole and Gleason Funeral Home on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 9:00 AM. Burial will follow at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave., Bourne, MA.
