Cheryl Corbin Tartakoff

Cheryl Corbin Tartakoff, age 73, died on September 7, 2017 in Falmouth, MA. She was a resident of Oak Park IL and Falmouth MA. She was the wife of David Tartakoff for 27 years.

Cheryl worked as a research dietician at Rockefeller University, Director of the MD/PhD program at Case Western University, and editor at the American Dietetic Association.

She earned her Masters degrees from Teachers College of Columbia University and University of Wisconsin, Madison.

She was an avid singer, solo and choral, in New York, NY, Cleveland, OH and Oak Park, IL, and a volunteer at the Oak Park Conservatory. She was also a devoted gardener.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Ann Tartakoff of Oak Park, IL, her brother, Thomas Corbin of Bethesda, MD, 2 nephews, and 3 nieces.
