Prayers of comfort to Antone’s loved ones. So terribly sorry to hear this news! Antone was always such a nice guy. Kind, thoughtful, quick to laugh, a gentlemen and a gentle man. In high school, he was “Smoothie”, a nick name passed down from his Dad, and worn well on the dance floor. Godspeed Antone , you will be missed.

Tony was a wonderful man -- kind and warm, full of stories with an infectious laugh. Our family was privileged to live next door to him on School and Norton Streets in Edgartown, and for years he was our caretaker. Tony loved the Vineyard, the outdoors, the land and sea. We always marveled at the dahlias he grew and cared so passionately for at the Emily Post house on Fuller Street. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Rhonda, Tony, Erica, and his grandchildren.
