Marc was the nicest most selfless person anyone would ever meet. It’s been years since we spoke but I would imagine he never changed, true to word, loyal to his friends. He would listen to you when you were down, and tell you to “suck it up” if it was needed. A great piece of advice he uttered time and time again, that he credited a friend for once telling him to do so. We all are impacted by the friends we make on our life journey, We are so glad to have known him.

Marc was a great friend. Who would drop what he was doing to always lend a hand. Forever asking if there was something he could do to help. Our fun times together will always be remembered starting at the age of 15 here in Harwich Port. He was the host to many parties and fishing trips as well as overnights to Nantucket. If the forecast predicted wind we would occasionally fly there! Our lives simply will not be the same without Marc’s phone calls and drop bys. Reminiscing about old times and stories will have to be told without him present which is why this will be so hard for a long time. We will remember our times of youth and how he brought us so much laughter...

Marc you were the kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. You had the biggest heart, always ready and willing to do anything you could for everyone....to help in any way possible and expecting nothing in return. There aren’t many people like that. You were the exception. Listening to all your stories and your laugh over the years has been special. You were like part of the family, I won’t forget the way you cried (happy tears) when Nick graduated the police academy. You might not be physically with us anymore but you will never be forgotten. RIP my friend

I am still a bit bewildered - and processing the news about Marc. It had been too many years since our last conversation, however, from the comments made it is clear Marc remained the same person I grew up with, having an infectious zest for life and an unselfish willingness to help anyone in need. God bless Marc and may He help the rest of us focus on the fond memories created with Marc.
