Twenty years ago I first stepped out on the deck of my dream-come-true cottage on Little Pond. Shortly after, Mary & Bob strode across the dirt road, greeting my family & extending the warmest welcoming wishes. All these years, Mary has taught me the ways of Cape life, lessons I still value. She & Bob raised wonderful children, gave & took great joy in life, reveled in what mattered most, kids, grandkids, the breath- taking natural beauty around them, and, of course, the Red Sox. I will miss her always.
