I haven’t seen mike in about a year but last time I bumped into him he was in Dorchester helping an older woman cross the street. It was completely random but that’s just the type of person I remembered him being. He always meant well and always put others before himself. We may have drifted over time living our lives, but he was and always will be someone I think about. I’m blessed to have nothing but good memories from the times we shared growing up❤️

It hurts so much to write this, Mike. I am crushed by the news, and I will never forget the positive impact you had on my life. Mike and I spent many hours recording music together between in high school and beyond. Even though I was in a rock band and he was into rap, we clicked both creatively and as friends. He'd show up at my tiny bedroom studio, his notebook bursting with clever lyrics and a troop of friends to feature on his latest track. In my opinion, no one could keep up with Mike's flow, style, lyrics, vision -- he was a fantastic rapper. Some people just have 'it,' and you could feel the air in the room change when he had something to say. The man was a real entertainer. Funny, sharp, observant, intelligent, honest. A leader. I will always respect Mike and am lucky to have known him. Whether he knew or not, to this day he is one of the reasons I have the inspiration and the confidence to continue making music and doing what I love. Thank you, Mike. The energy of his life will continue to ripple outward through the people that knew him and loved him. Rest easy, my dude.

Do not think of me as gone -  I am with you still in each new dawn. May you rest in the sweetest peace Mikey. Your family && friends are all on my prayers along with you

I asked you once, you might not remember, how's Mikey doing? I saw him many times throughout the years. He always had his smile. In the last few years, I too have a membership, as someone enlightened me with, parents who have lost a child. A club nobody should have to join. I know your pain, anger and what if's. You did a wonderful job, you fought with all the love a Mother can. I am so very sorry for loss. Forever he will be tucked in my heart. I will miss you Mikey! Love Miss Lady..
