I was fortunate to be a neighbor of Mike's since 2004. We shared many good conversations, passing on the street or at the mailbox. He was always interested in how I was doing, making me feel welcomed, and he had let me know early on that should I ever need anything (including a warm place during power outages), I should not think twice about coming to him and his dog Shadow. This meant a great deal to me and always will. My condolences to Rick and all of Mike's family.

Mike was a great friend and co-worker at Ace! I always loved his stories from times gone past and his sense of humor. I always loved him telling customers about “the tree months of March” his family alluded to! Godspeed Mike! I will miss you! My thoughts and prayers go out to his family; he always looked forward to his annual trip to Virginia at Christmas time. Lots of love to my co-worker Shadow as well!

So sorry to hear of Mikes passing. I met him back in the early '80's when he was building bikes for a local shop. We hit it off and became friends soon after. Before he started working at Ace we would see each other occasionally out and about and it was always a sincere conversation with him asking where my life was and how I was doing. I will truly miss Mike, one of the good ones.

Sad to hear about the passing of Mike. I always looked forward to seeing Mike and Shadow at Ace. A cookie for Shadow and a story from Mike. Will miss seeing the two of them together. God Bless
