My deepest sympathy to Karen and Bob’s family. I always treasured Bob’s positive outlook no matter what negative energy entered his life- he did not dwell on that negativity and pushed it away quickly with positivity and humor. An incredible treasure has been lost on so many levels- his immense love and caring for Karen, his deep loyalty to his friends, and his exquisite craftsmanship. I feel so fortunate to have shared time at Streamside with Bob and Karen- fond and fun memories! . I send my love and care to Karen and Bob’s family during this time of grief.

Karen, My condolences on Bob’s passing. Bob was the first person to ever let my fly an airplane. (That ignited a passion that led to me getting my various ratings). While working for him that summer, while on fogged in on a freight run to Nantucket, he introduced me to the best donuts from the Downyflake. He created incredible lightship baskets for some of our family members that will be passed along to future generations. I was fortunate to have known him and am sorry for your loss.
