I am saddened to hear of my cousin Susan's passing, and want to extend my sympathies to the family. Coincidentally, just a couple of weeks ago I had been nostalgically reading entries in my teen-age diary that described the trip that my sister Rosalie and I had made to Bridgewater in 1954 to visit Frank, PK, Susan and Kendall. I was reminded of all that they had done to make that such a memorable experience for us. In recent years Susan periodically wrote me letters that she patiently typed when her fingers were too stiff and sore to write by hand. I have kept them all.
