We met Billy only in the last year when he was working on a plumbing job. But what a delightful guy — funny, warm and charming.

Billy and I were best buds from the time I moved to Norton when we were only 4 years old. We lived just two doors down from each other and I remember many summers spent swimming in the lake and exploring the woods as kids. He just had a personality that drew people to him and such a fun loving spirit and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

My deepest condolences to Billy’s family and friends. I loved running into Billy and getting the quickest version of how life was going for him and the quickest hug kiss and see ya soon handsome smile as he’d be running off to one of his many adventures. Rest easy my friend until we meet again

The day you left us and gained your wings my heart just broke in two. I wish you could have stayed with us. You left me with the memories and love as you were a very special person with the most wonderful heart. Your humor was so electrifying you were a joy to be around. You will always bring a smile to my face when I think of you looking down at us with a chuckle in your heart. Love you Auntie Ronnie
