Hyannis Port - Dara W. Singmaster passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Cape Cod Hospital surrounded by her family. Born in 1970 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Barbara and Lawrence Singmaster of Hyannis Port.  Dara is survived by her parents and by siblings Carlen and Ross Singmaster, their spouses Thomas Arias and Rachael Singmaster, and her nephew Dominic Arias- Singmaster.

Dara’s passion for travels took her backpacking in Europe, fishing in Alaska , college at Lewis & Clark in Oregon, and a safari in Africa. She spent most of her years in Portland, Oregon and in Wilmington, North Carolina, where she started Canada Meds Service, a pharmaceutical supply company. Living more recently in Hyannis Port, MA., Dara worked for Bryden and Sullivan Insurance Agency.  She was an eloquent writer, creative chef, lover of the Red Sox, and relished being on the water and fishing with her family.   Her warm, caring, and humorous big personality will be missed by all.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 1st at 11 AM at St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea Church in Hyannis Port, MA.
