David Peter Frabetti (Papa) of Taunton, MA, formerly of New Britain, CT, passed away peacefully following a long hard battle with Pulmonary Lung Disease on April 7, 2018. Born in Brockton on September 8, 1953 to the late William and Geneva Frabetti. He grew up proudly in East Bridgewater and constantly shared stories with his daughters of his wonderful childhood. A graduate of East Bridgewater High School, he worked hard all his life for Alloy Castings and Sysco Companies.
Dave was (and every person he ever met can attain to this) absolutely the biggest New York Yankees fan in Massachusetts. He was also a longtime member of The New York Giants Fan Club of New England and proudly brought his daughters and son-in-laws to the clubs yearly banquets. Dave was also a huge Beatles fan and passed his undying love for John, Paul, George and Ringo on to his daughters. For his last birthday, his 64th, they threw him a big "When I'm 64" Beatles themed party. David was loved my many, he had a huge heart and took special pride in spending as much time as he could with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his three loving daughters, Lisa Ann Jacobs of North Attleboro, MA and her husband Peter, Christina Geneva MacArthur of Taunton, MA and her husband Bill, and Jennifer Marie Frabetti of Pawtucket, RI. He is also survived by his brother William P. Frabetti of East Bridgewater, MA and preceded by his brother, the late Kenneth A. Frabetti, also of East Bridgewater, MA.
Dave also leaves behind his joys, his loves, his grandchildren, Bryce, Austin, Elizabeth, Riley, Justice, Cooper, and Landon.
Funeral from the Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 35 Spring St., East Bridgewater on Friday, April 13 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. John's Church, 210 Central St., East Bridgewater at 10am. Burial will follow at Central Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, April 12 from 5-8pm at the funeral home.
