On Tuesday, February 9, 2021, Della Truman unexpectedly passed away at the age of 43.

Della was the daughter of the late Shirley Truman and the late Homer Truman both of Brockton.

Della was a loving and caring mother of two. There is nothing in this world that Della loved more than her two children. Della was a kindhearted person who always put others before herself.

Della always had a smile on her face, and she lit up the room with her presence. She enjoyed playing with her son and daughter and spending time with her family. Della loved to cook and bake and enjoyed doing crafts. You could always find her joining right in with the kids.

She leaves behind her two children Nicholas Emerick 13 of Milford, and Alexa Emerick 4 of Milford her fiancé Kenneth Emerick of Milford. She had four siblings she leaves behind Cheryl Horta, Jinny Chaves, Manual Horta, And Butch Horta. Della had many nieces and nephews that she is leaving behind. Della was especially close to her nieces Julianne Parker and Jessica Palkens.

Della will be dearly missed by her friends and family.

Visiting hours with Covid-19 nrestrictions will be held Wednesday February 17th from 5-7pm in the Prophett-Chapman Cole & Gleason Funeral Home 98 Bedford Street Bridgewater.
