Dorothy F Pemental 9/9/1924 to 9/28/2018 - Mother to Cynthia McDonald of Centerville, Joe Pemental of Carver, Diana and Steve Callahan of Northampton, Sandra Taylor and Phil Ellis of West Barnstable and blessed with 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. As a young girl Dorothy lived in Arlington and graduated Somerville HS. 

She was married to the love of her life for 57 years, moved to Braintree MA, summered in Falmouth and retired to Centerville. She was an expert seamstress, taught sewing for singer in Quincy; loved square dancing and creative crafts volunteering at Barnstable senior center for years where she and her husband were named Senior Citizens of the Year in 2002. She was also active in our Lady of Victory Guild and honored as Queen Mother of the Red Hat Ladies of Barnstable.

In Lieu of flowers please donate in her name to Bayada Home Care, Hyannis MA or Hope Hospice, Hyannis MA.

Visiting Hours will be 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Monday, October 1, 2018 at John-Lawrence Funeral Home, 3778 Falmouth Rd., Marstons Mills.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Victory Church, 230 S. Main St., Centerville with burial to follow at Crocker Park Cemetery.
