Dorothy Tucker

Dorothy (Spinney) Tucker, of West Yarmouth, passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 24th, 2018, she was 99 years old.       

She was born in Boston, lived in Cambridge, MA and she graduated from Cambridge High & Latin in 1937. She was formerly from Centerville, Ma.  

Dorothy is predeceased by her husband Edgar R. Tucker, Brother Robert Spinney and Sister June Stevens.  She was a devoted Mother to the late Beverly Pendleton and survived by daughters Carole Boschen & Partner John Gott of Plymouth, MA, Marilyn &  Richard Pozzo of Brewster, MA.   She is the cherished grandmother of Sharon & Kevin Callahan of Billerica, MA, Steven & Chiharu Pendleton of Japan, David  Boschen of Hanover, MA, Jeffrey & Gillian Hurrie of Sandwich, MA,  Kristen & Nathan Gorham of Petaluma, CA, Gregory & Wendy Pendleton of Blacklick, Ohio, Matthew & Amy  Boschen of Kingston, MA and Christopher & Nicole  Pendleton of Waltham, MA.   Dorothy is also survived by her great grandchildren, Madeline, Luke & Sarah Boschen, Meghan & Abigail Callahan , Hannah, Leo,& Ian Pendleton, Jason & Jocelyn Hurrie, and Andrew & Amelia Gorham, Avery, Cole & Reagan Pendleton, Olivia & Owen Pendleton.

Dorothy was an active member of St. Peter’s church in Osterville, MA.  A Member for many

Years of the Osterville garden club.  Her Happiest moments were catching up on all the accomplishments of her family. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Juvenile Diabetes Fund and The American Heart Fund. 

A Memorial service will be held at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Osterville MA, May 10, at 11:00 AM.   Interment will be private.
