Edith Dolan

Edith A. Dolan, 89, of North Conway, NH and North Dighton MA, formerly of Belmont and Dorchester, MA passed away peacefully at Morton Hospital in Taunton on October 31, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late James J. Dolan.

Edith graduated from Belmont public schools. She spent most of her life enjoying the mountains of North Conway New Hampshire, skiing and raising her wonderful family. She was a loving mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all who love her. Edith is survived by 3 children, Elizabeth Dolan of Mashpee, William Dolan and wife Charlene of Hanover, Ann Dolan of North Dighton, her sister Mary Duggan of Lynnbrook, NY, 3 grandchildren James, Christopher, Diann, and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at the Chapman Cole and Gleason Funeral Home 74 Algonquin Ave. (RTE 151) Mashpee on Saturday November 4, 2017 from 8:30am to 10:00am. A funeral mass will follow at Christ the King Church 3 Job’s Fishing Rd. Mashpee at 10:30am. Burial will be held on Tuesday November 7, 2017 at 10:00am in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
