Frank W. Needham, of Bridgewater, died on March 12, 2020 at the age of 82. He was the son of the late Norma D. Needham. 

Frank was raised in Brockton and was a graduate of Brockton High 1956. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He served in Korea and Beirut. While stationed in DC, Frank met the love of his life, Lila on a blind date. Frank was honorably discharged on September 17, 1959 and he then married Lila in October and the two settled in Bridgewater where they would raise their children. Frank worked for Fernandes Super Market for 25 years where he was Manager of the Meat Department. He also worked as an outside Wholesaler in New England for many years.

Frank was loving and witty. He enjoyed cooking and listening to music - especially Frank Sinatra. He also loved golfing and travelling. Frank was a member of the Middleboro Elks Lodge #1274 for 40 plus years. 

Frank was the loving husband of Lila (Dunaway) Needham. Father of Norma M. Ciaramella and her husband Alessandro of Brockton, Frank W. Needham Jr. and his wife Lee Ann of Bridgewater, Micheal J. Needham and his wife Eileen of East Bridgewater, and the late Brian Needham. Grandpa of Sandrina, Gianina, Adriana, Margaret, Benjamin, Jessica, Jeffrey, and Zoe. Frank is also survived by his 8 Great-Grandchildren.

Visiting Hours will be held on Monday, March 16th, from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Prophett-Chapman Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford Street, Bridgewater.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 17th, at 10:30AM.

Interment will immediately follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
