Gail N. Goulart

It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Gail N. Goulart of Falmouth on October 22, 2018 at the age of 77.

Gail leaves behind her long time life partner Leo Kogut with whom she shared a genuine passion for food, wine, laughter, and watching birds off their deck.

She will be greatly missed and joyfully remembered by her five daughters and their spouses Suzanne Gonsalves (Paul), Laureen Marks (Tim), Cynthia Witkowski (Bill), Pamela & Michelle Goulart who she loved dearly and wholeheartedly. Also, known as Grammy and Great Grammy to her 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, the love she gave them was so grand it will remain in their hearts forever.

Gail leaves her loving siblings Raymond, Lee, Linda, Ernie and Stephen who find solitude in knowing she will be welcomed by their predeceased mother Virginia and step father Ernest Medeiros, sister Judy, and brother Richard (Chi-Chi).

Mother loved the warmth of the sun, the sound of the ocean, and the allure of a storm, but most importantly she loved giving hugs. In lieu of flowers, hug a loved one.

Visiting hours will be held from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4th at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Falmouth, immediately followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
