Jeffrey R. Wakefield

Jeffrey R. Wakefield, 57, of Cotuit, MA, formerly of Sandwich, MA, passed away unexpectedly in his home on March 4, 2018.

Jeffrey grew up in Peterborough, New Hampshire and was a proud graduate of ConVal High School and the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Jeffrey was a devoted father to his three daughters, and a loving husband to Lauren Wakefield for 29 years.

Jeffrey is survived by his three daughters Jessica Wakefield, Molly Wakefield and Melissa Wakefield; his parents, Ray and Elaine Wakefield; his brother Timothy Wakefield; his sister-in-law Ellen Wakefield; and his niece and nephew Wylie and Willow Wakefield.

A visitation will be held at the Chapman Cole and Gleason Funeral Home 74 Algonquin Ave. (Rte 151) Mashpee, MA, on Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 5:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 10:00 am at Christ the King Parish, 3 Job’s Fishing Rd., Mashpee, MA.
