Kathleen E. (Sullivan) Poole

Kathleen E. (Sullivan) Poole, age 75, of Hull, passed away on February 26, 2020 at the South Shore Rehab Center after a long illness. Kathy was born on February 1, 1945 in Tucson, Arizona, daughter of the late Donald Sullivan and Mary Lou (Bennett) Sullivan. 

She later moved to Litchfield, Connecticut, where she was a graduate of Litchfield High School Class of 1964. Kathy attended Mt. Ida Community College from 1964-1968, where she received her Degree in Business. She married Eric Poole from New Hampshire. The couple moved to Hull, Massachusetts and had lived there for 19 years. Kathy worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 32 years, retiring in 2007. Kathy resided in Hull for 28 more years.

She loved to walk the beach, read, work in her garden and rescuing her cats, especially Inky. Kathy was passionate about helping animals and supported the ASPCA with quarterly donations.

Kathy leaves behind her friends, Dianne Faxon of Abington, Sandy Fuller, her roommate and best friend of 15 years Diane Platt of Sachem Nursing Home in East Bridgewater, Ginny Burns of Brockton, and the late Theresa Ahearn and late Bernice Gillman.

Interment at the Central Cemetery, East Bridgewater will be private.
