Leo E. Connors

Leo E. Connors of East Falmouth, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017 at the Falmouth Hospital.  He was 80.

He was the beloved husband of Carol A. (Eldredge) Connors. They celebrated their 60th anniversary this past October.

Leo was a Falmouth firefighter, paramedic for 31 years.  He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchild.  He was an avid sports fan, following the Patriots, Bruins and Red Sox.

He adored his four legged babies, Penny and Abbie. 

Besides his wife Carol, Leo is survived by his 2 daughters Deborah Fraser and her husband David, Nancy Hanson and her husband John and his son, Kevin Connors, all of East Falmouth.  3 grandchildren; Paul Fraser and his wife Lea of Mashpee, Eric Fraser and his partner Caitlin Shields of Dennisport and Jack Hanson of CT.  Also 1 great-grandchild; Harrison Fraser of Mashpee.

He was also survived by his brother John Connors of Falmouth, his aunt Patricia Costa of VA, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

A Graveside Service with Navy Honors, will take place at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 21st at the VA National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
