Leon R. Frappier, Jr.

1929 ∼ 2018

Leon R. Frappier, Jr., 88, of Rockland and formerly of Weymouth died on February 25, 2018 at Sachem Center for Health and Rehabilitation.  He was the husband of the late Ethel (Burgess) Frappier.  Leon was the father of the late LeeLynne Frappier and son of the late Leon R. Frappier, Sr.  and Yvonne (Ernst) Frappier.

Mr. Frappier was the owner and operator of Weycraft Sales and Service in Weymouth for over 30 years.  He loved boats and trains and was very proud of his 30 foot yacht he kept in Somerset.

Leon is survived by his daughter, Michelle Augustino and her husband Stephen of East Bridgewater.  Grandfather of Teresa Tirado and Melissa Jefferson and great grandfather of Callie Jefferson, Jake Jefferson, Abby Tirado, and Belle Tirado. 

Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00 AM on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason, 35 Spring St., East Bridgewater.  Burial will follow at Central Cemetery in East Bridgewater.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Joanne of Constellation Hospice for her kindness and care.
