Leonard M. Gregory

Leonard M. Gregory, 74, passed away on February 14, 2020. He was the beloved Husband of Dale E. (Clark) Gregory.

Born in Brockton and raised in Avon he was a 1964 graduate of Avon High School. He enjoyed playing and coaching sports. He was involved with the Dennis Yarmouth Senior Babe Ruth and was instrumental in developing the Cape Cod Legion baseball league. He was a member of St. Pius X Church where he served as a greeter. Len worked with the developmental handicap in many different roles and recently had worked as a senior fitness instructor at Maplewood Living Center. He enjoyed fishing, golf and was a life-long Democrat.

Leonard is survived by his wife of 52 years, Dale E. (Clark) Gregory, three children Laurie Josselyn and her husband Eric, Tony Gregory and his wife Karen, Kate Gregory and her fiancé Steven; five grandchildren Kayla Vincent and her husband Ben, Anthony Gregory, Austin Gregory, Devin Lopes and Skylar Pacheco. He also leaves his brother Dr. Constantine Gregory, Mother in law Dorothy Clark, brother in law Walter Clark and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday February 21st at 1PM at Saint Pius X Church, Station Ave. South Yarmouth. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery, South Dennis.

In lieu of flowers gifts in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or to St. Pius X Church, 5 Barbara St., South Yarmouth, MA 02664.
