Linda E. Morris

Linda E. (Foley) Morris, 69, of South Carolina and formally of Marion died peacefully on March 28, 2018 in South Carolina.

Linda was the loving daughter of the late Gloria and Joseph Foley and grew up in East Bridgewater. She was a graduate of East Bridgewater High School Class of 1967 and from Bristol Community College. Linda married Tim Morris on July 14, 1988 and they lived in Marion before moving to South Carolina in 2013 . Linda worked for Boston Mutual Life Insurance in Canton for many years, a job she worked hard at and truly enjoyed. She enjoyed being with her friends, cooking, traveling, and going to the beach. She was also a past member and Queen Bee of a Red Hat Society Chapter at Boston Mutual.  

Linda is the loving wife of Timothy S. Morris of Beaufort SC, and loving mother of Sean P. Gorman of New Bedford and Caitlin J. Morris of Fairhaven. She was the sister of Nancy Walsh of Sagamore Beach, Janet Brooks of East Bridgewater, and the late James Foley and the late Dennis Foley. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family and friends are cordially invited to the Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St. Bridgewater on Fri. April 20. Calling hours will be from 10:00am-12:00pm and a Funeral Service will begin at Noon. Burial will be private.
