Lucy A. Giannetti

GIANNETTI, Lucia (Scaramuzzo) passed away on January 28th, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

Lucy was born in Boston and worked as a waitress at the Pleasant Cafe in Roslindale for over 20 years, where she is well-remembered for her caring ways and sense of humor.

She is predeceased by her husband Rudolph Giannetti Sr., her sons Alan and Steven, her sister Gracie, and brothers Joey, Sam and John. She is survived by sister-in-law Edith Scaramuzzo, brother-in-law Arthur Doherty, her daughters Linda and boyfriend Anthony, Judy and husband Paul, Nancy and husband Dan, daughter-in-law Maria, and her son Rudy Jr., and his wife Kathy. Lucy is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and many extended relatives.

Visting hours will be from 9 to 11 am at the John-Lawrence Funeral Home, 3778 Falmouth Rd., Marstons Mills, followed by a Funeral Mass at 12 pm at Our Lady of Victory in Centerville and burial at the Bourne National Cemetery. We will then gather for a late lunch.
