He is predeceased by his father Michael John Carr and mother Gloria Rita Carr. He also has an extended family of cousins and friends living across the country.
Scott was born in East Brunswick, New Jersey on July 18, 1964. The family moved to Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania where he was involved in sports and in developing his skills in the trades. Scott was a multi skilled tradesman who worked and trained under his father Michael Carr a Chief Marine Engineer. On any given day you would find father and son engaged in projects from felling trees to fixing engines to plumbing and carpentry. During his young years he also developed a passion for music. He was a self taught guitar and drum player who was in many local bands just playing for his love of music. Scott had a diverse career. He started his own automotive electronic business and switched to become the first General Manager of Best Buy Cape Cod. He then had the opportunity to move into the banking business where he excelled in his role as a manager. He ultimately returned to his first love of working with his hands, doing home renovations and operating his own snow plowing business. There was never a challenging task that he did not try to solve.
Scott was a devoted loving father who was also an avid motorcycle rider which he loved to do with his boys Michael, Matty and his close friends. He had become a more spiritual man as he sought the peace and grace in growing his relationship with God. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends and all who knew him.
