Marcia A. McIntyre

Marcia A. (Bousquet) McIntyre, 53, of West Wareham, died Monday, June 24, 2019 at her home after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. She was the loving wife of Robert J. McIntyre.

Born in Taunton, she was the daughter of the late Amos D. and Dorothy (Oliver) Bousquet. A graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Kingston, she received her ABA from Aquinas College in Milton.

Mrs. McIntyre was the owner and manager of Onset Beach Mobile Home Park for 23 years before retiring in 2016. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and children and visiting family. She loved the beach and relaxing on New England summer afternoons by the pool. Marcia had a natural bond with animals and loved her pets dearly.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her two sons, Shane McIntyre and Liam McIntyre both of West Wareham; her brother, Bruce Bousquet and his wife Sherry of Lake City, FL; her two sisters, Joyce Snyder and her husband Chuck of Lady Lake, FL, and Michelle Hogan and her husband Robert of West Wareham. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be from the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy. (Rt. 28), Wareham on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick’s Church, High St., Wareham at 10 AM. Interment will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Wareham. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 5 – 8 PM at the funeral home.
