Maria Ann Liimatainen, 35, of West Barnstable died on September 7, 2017. Born in Johnstown, PA. She was a graduate of Barnstable High School and had attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. She is survived by her parents, David and Diane (Poldiak) Liimatainen of West Barnstable; daughters, Tessa and Grace Corey and their father, Garrett; brother Michael Liimatainen, his fiancée Kelly Messias and their children Chase and Anthony; sister Allie and brother Peter both of Boston; her aunt Christine Poldiak of Hyannis; grandfather, Dino Tessari; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Maria's daughters were everything to her. She was passionate, gave all her love to those around her, and lived every second of her life to the fullest. Extremely smart, she could do anything she put her mind to, but her creativity shined most through her artwork. Maria's smile could light up a room.
