Marilynn F. Dutra

1924 ∼ 2019


Marilynn F. Dutra (Waterman) of Bridgewater died April 3, 2019 in her home at the age of 95.  Marilyn was born in North Attleboro, daughter of the late Lila (Cook) and Clarence Waterman and was raised and educated in North Attleboro. 

She attended Bridgewater State College and graduated with a teaching degree and was a third and fourth grade teacher at the School Street School in Middleboro for many years.  Marilyn enjoyed playing cards, gardening when she was able, was a fan of the Patriots and Red Sox and really enjoyed playing games on her computer.
 
Wife of the late George A. Dutra. Loving mother of Susan R. Boerman and her husband Mark of Bridgewater.  Marilynn is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Visiting hours will begin at  9:00am   Tuesday April 9th in the Prophett-Chapman Cole & Gleason Funeral Home 98 Bedford Street Bridgewater.

A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Thomas Aquinas Church Bridgewater at 11:00  am.

Burial will follow in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery, Bridgewater.
