Michael G. Crowley, 78, of Hingham and formerly Bridgewater passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 after a courageous battle with Cancer.
Born August 4, 1942 in Brockton, MA he was the son of the late George & Phoebe Crowley of Bridgewater. Michael was a graduate of Bridgewater High School Class of 1960. Mike was a great athlete in his high school days. He was a carpenter by trade all his life. He was a member of Local 138 Laborers Union.
Michael was a former member of the Lincoln, Polish, Vets & Citizen Clubs. He loved to beach camp, fish, scratch tickets and tell stories. He was also a die hard New England Sports fan. Mike was a friend to all, he was known to help anyone that asked. His passion was his family & love for his children, grandchildren & great grandchildren.
Michael is survived by his children, Kelly Crowley and her partner Greg Perry of Marshfield, Bonnie Raffetto and her husband Bryan of Hingham, Michael Crowley and his wife Brook of Advance, NC, Adam Crowley of Revere, and step son, Brian Perry of Weymouth; his grandchildren, Brandon Jamieson, Katelin Fennell, DJ Jamieson, Ben Raffetto, Danielle Raffetto, George Crowley and Tess Crowley; his great- grandchildren, Lucas and Lilly Fennell; his siblings, Maureen Baggia of East Bridgewater and Tim Crowley of Lakeville. He was the life partner of the late Robin Perry and father of the late Patrick Crowley. Also survived by many nieces & a nephew.
Family and friends are cordially invited to the Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St., Bridgewater on Monday, January 25th for a visitation period from 4-8pm. Please adhere to covid-19 restrictions, wear a mask and be socially distant.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 103 Center St., Bridgewater on Tuesday, January 26th at 10:00AM (Please adhere to covid-19 restrictions, wear a mask and be socially distant)followed by a burial at Old St. Thomas Cemetery.
