Patricia A. Archibald, 94, of Hyannis, MA died in her home July 27, 2018 surrounded by family.
Pat was born in New York. She was a graduate of Good Counsel Academy in White Plains, NY and went on to receive a Master of Education and English from Boston University. She taught K-12 in both public and parochial schools specializing in reading education. She loved to travel, read and play solitaire. Active in newcomer’s clubs and volunteer organizations in Dallas and church groups in Hyannis she gained friends easily and held them close for a lifetime. She played piano and organ, and having a beautiful voice, would belt out show tunes with family and friends at her side. At the age of 90 she was still at the helm of the water aerobics class at the neighborhood pool house. She will be missed by all - “Too-da-loo.”
