Patricia Jean Porter

Patricia Jean (Schindler) Porter, 57, of East Falmouth, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.

Patricia is survived by her children:  Alaina, Luke, Mary, and Theresa Porter, all of Falmouth; her parents, Mary (O’Malley) and Ronald A. Schindler of Medfield, and her siblings:  Linda McCloud of Medfield, Robert Schindler of Medway, Diane Lawler of Medfield, James Schindler of West Roxbury, Thomas Schindler of Abington, and Maureen Cullen of West Roxbury. She also leaves behind Matt Crowell and many loving nieces and nephews. Patricia was predeceased by her sister, Donna Lawlor.

Patricia was formerly of West Roxbury. She worked as a Teacher’s Assistant at the North Falmouth Elementary School and a waitress at Paul’s Pizza in Falmouth. She loved knitting and spending time at Old Silver Beach with family and friends. She also enjoyed taking walks and playing ball with her dogs, Daisy and Baxter.

Visiting hours will be held from 4-7 PM on Tuesday, November 14, at Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 74 Algonquin Ave, MASHPEE.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM, Wednesday, November 15 at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 481 Quaker Road, North Falmouth. Burial to follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery, 407 Gifford Street, Falmouth.
