Patrick O’Hara Kimber

Brewster-Patrick O’Hara Kimber, age 27 of Brewster, passed away on May 9th. He is deeply missed by many including his loving parents Jackie O’Hara and Phillip Kimber, his brother Mitch, their dog Ella, his grandparents Margaret O’Hara and the late Leonard O’Hara of Plymouth, Joan Kimber of Bourne and the late Arthur Kimber, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Patrick graduated from Nauset Regional High School in 2011 where he won numerous awards for his art work. He was always pushing the boundaries of creativity, including in his pursuit of an Associate’s Degree in Art at Cape Cod Community College.

Those who knew him remember his creative and imaginative spirit, but also recognize that he was an extraordinarily generous, thoughtful, and loving person. Much of his teenage years were spent at the skateboard park. In recent years, Patrick loved his jobs at Cape Abilities Farms and Thrift Shop. He constantly pursued a healthy lifestyle at local gyms, had a deep appreciation for fashion, began channeling his creativity through playing guitar, spent time with his brother, went to car shows with his Dad, and explored nature with his Mom - he loved swimming and being in the sun.

He will rest in peace at the St. David’s Episcopal Church Memorial Churchyard in South Yarmouth, MA - where he was baptized. In the future, there will be a celebration of his life which will be posted on the Morris, O’Connor & Blute Funeral Homes website. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to one of his favorite charities: Cape Abilities (https://www.capeabilities.org/donate/), the National Alliance on Mental Illness- Cape Cod & The Islands (http://www.namicapecod.org/donate), or the Cape Cod Museum of Art (https://www.ccmoa.org/donations).
