Rita C. Kaspar

FALMOUTH--Rita (Murphy) Kaspar, age 98, entered peacefully into eternal life on November 2, 2017 in her home in Falmouth. Widow of the late Adam (“Al”) Kaspar, Rita is survived by her daughters Ellen Klain and Koletta Kaspar, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Rita is predeceased by her son Edward and her beloved parents Patrick and Ellen (Kavanaugh) Murphy.

In addition to being a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Rita was a dear friend to many and a faithful parishioner of St. Patrick Parish. She will be lovingly remembered for her kindness, hospitality and good humor. Rita lived a long and full life, always faithful to loving God and her neighbor. She will be sorely missed. In Rita’s name, her family wishes to publicly acknowledge and thank her amazing health care team who enabled her to live out her final months in the warmth and love of her longtime home with family and friends present.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 12 until 12:45 PM. Then to St. Patrick Church, 511 Main Street, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 PM. Interment to follow the Mass in St. Joseph Cemetery, Gifford St., Falmouth. Following the Interment, a reception will be held.
