Robert N. Miller

1933 ∼ 2019

Robert N. Miller, 86, of Mashpee, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2019. He was the dear husband of Sue A. Miller. He was predeceased by his daughter Molly (Miller) Zwick in 2005.

Robert was born in Schenectady, NY. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a graduate of Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. He worked as a Sales Executive for over 30 years at Armstrong Cork Company as well as J.M. Callahan. He was past Exalted Ruler of the Wakefield Elks Lodge, Pop Warner Football Coach in Reading, MA and was an avid golfer. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.

In addition to his loving wife Sue of 59 years, Robert is survived by 5 children Sharon Bolinger and husband Gene of Needham, Jeanne Nolan and husband Robert of Suwanee, GA, Michael Miller of Boston, Betsy Humphrey and husband Michael of Palm Bay, FL, Joseph Miller and wife Meredith of Reading, his sister Elaine Mattson of Indianapolis, IN, 10 grandchildren, Kyle Nolan, Jeffrey Zwick, Olivia Bolinger, Caroline Zwick, Audrey Bolinger, Taylor Humphrey, Danyel Humphrey, Drew Nolan, Morgan Miller, Ryan Miller, his son in-law Stephen Zwick, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his siblings Mary Miller and John Miller.

The family would like to thank the VNA Hospice for their exceptional care for Robert at such a difficult time.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at Chris the King Church 3 Job’s Fishing Rd. Mashpee on Tuesday March 26, 2019 at 11:00am. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to VNA Hospice of Cape Cod 434 Route 134 Suite D-3 South Dennis, Ma 02660.
