Ronald C. Testa

1940 ∼ 2019

Ronald C. Testa, of Brockton, passed away on October 11, 2019. He was born in Boston and was the son of the late Carmine Testa.

Ronald was raised by his father, Carmine, and his beloved Aunt, the late Anna M. (Testa) Miceli. He attended East Boston High School and then went on to Bunker Hill Community College and Bridgewater State College- where he would earn his Bachelor’s Degree. Ronald was a taxi driver for over 40 years and considered himself a “tour guide of Boston” – as he knew the city inside and out.

Ronald was an avid reader. He knew a lot about History and Politics. He enjoyed playing chess, the clarinet, and the saxophone. In his younger years he was a boxer, spending a lot of time at Brockton’s
Petronelli Gym. He was also an animal lover; Ronald rescued a cat from the streets of Boston, Louise, and had her for 20 years. He was a home body who often kept to himself.

Ronald was the loving companion of 38 years to Debra Bradbury. He is also survived by many cousins.
