Sarah E. Farren

Sarah E. Farren, 83, formerly of North Falmouth, MA passed away peacefully in Orange, MA with her family at her side.

She was predeceased by her husband, David Farren; 5 brothers and 2 sisters.

Sarah is survived by her 7 children, Deborah Cotell of West Yarmouth, Pamela Duchesneau of Orange, Herbert Elland and Susan Stewart of Dennis, Steven Elland and Tracy Miller of Maine and John Elland of Dennis. She is also survived by her sister, Phyllis George of Brockton; a brother, Milton Mitchell of Athol; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. 

Sarah enjoyed quality time at her family reunions and with friends. She loved to crochet, make her famous beach plum jelly, and also enjoyed playing bingo and spending quality time with her dog Missy.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, November 10 at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 584 West Falmouth Hwy (Route 28A), WEST FALMOUTH, from 11 AM until 1 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 1 PM. Interment to follow in the North Falmouth Cemetery.
