Scott J. Carey Perkins, 39, of Brockton died peacefully in his sleep on Sunday 9/9/18. Scott was the beloved son of Robin A. Carey of Middleboro, Howard Perkins of East Bridgewater, and the late William J. Grace. Scott grew up in East Bridgewater and Middleboro and was currently living in Brockton with his beloved and sweet wife Lisa and their cherished little boy Scottie.

Scott has worked in the electrical field for 15 years following in the footsteps of his Uncle Robert Carey of  Middleboro. Scott and his wife Lisa enjoyed the outdoors together, taking Scottie on walking adventures, camping, boating and fishing. Scott was a great friend to many and will be known for being able to make people smile. Scott was especially close to his grandfather Robert Carey. They loved spending time together and shared an exceptional bond of friendship and love. He was the loving husband of Lisa J Anderson and devoted father of Scott D. Perkins. Loving brother of Lindsay N. Perkins of FL and Tayla K. Connolly of Middleboro. Grandson of Robert and Marilyn Carey of Middleboro, Richard and Patricia Grace of Wareham, and the late Lorraine Perkins.  Survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to a funeral home service at the Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason, 98 Bedford St. Bridgewater on Fri. Sept. 14th at 11:00am. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thurs. from 5-8pm.
