Sean M. O’Grady

Sean M. O’Grady, 42, of East Bridgewater died peacefully after a valiant battle with addiction on Sept. 12, 2018.

Sean was the loving son of Mary J. Coletti of Halifax and John M. O’Grady of New Hampshire. Sean grew up in East Bridgewater and owned a successful landscaping company serving the south shore. He loved the outdoors, was a fantastic fisherman, and according to son the best “bubble maker” in the world. His struggles with addiction brought some great friendships into his life through different support groups and everyone always said he was a great listener. He had an infectious smile and gave a great hug.

Sean leaves behind his dedicated parents; Mary J. Coletti and her husband Ronald of Halifax and John M. O’Grady and his wife Mary of NH. Loving father of Owen T. O’Grady of Merrimack MA and his sister Kerry A. O’Grady of MD. Also survived by many loving step siblings, relatives, and friends. Funeral from the Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home 98 Bedford St. Bridgewater on Wed. Sept. 19th at 9am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John’s Church, 210 Central St. East Bridgewater at 10:00am. Visitation will be on Tues. from 4-7pm at the funeral home in BRIDGEWATER.
