Stephen R. LeBel

1966 ∼ 2019

Stephen R. LeBel, 52, of West Barnstable passed away on October 31, after a long-time battle with cancer. Loving husband of Glenda (Mello) LeBel of W. Barnstable. Born in Southbridge, son of the late Raymond & Sandra LeBel.

In addition to his wife survivors include his cherished daughters Ariel and Cassandra of West Barnstable, devoted brother of Robert and Wife Laurie LeBel, Cheryl and husband Steven Bantle, Robyn and husband John Hawley and Jodi LeBel, and the late Michael LeBel and his longtime companion, the late Cari Vermette. He is also survived by his Uncle, Frank Strenk, beloved nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Stephen was an honored man always ready to provide support and laughter to all he came in contact with. His memory will live on through those he loved.

Visiting hours will be on Friday Nov. 8 from 5PM - 6:30PM in the John-Lawrence Funeral Home, 3778 Falmouth Rd, Marstons Mills, MA. A brief service will follow at 6:30PM in the funeral home. After the service in the funeral home, a celebration of Stephen's life will take place at 7:30PM in the Hyannis Elks.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Elks Scholarship Fund, Hyannis Elks #1549, 852 Bearse’s Way, Hyannis MA 02601.
