Thomas Roger (Nofi) Mirabella, 76, of Mashpee, died January 4, 2019 at the JML Care Center surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Cecilia A. (Gaudette) Mirabella to whom he was married for 41 years.
He grew up in Worcester, lived the majority of his life in Dudley, and retired to Mashpee. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a barber, mechanic, and truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, family vacations, road trips, and classic cars.
He is survived by his daughters, Pamela Mirabella, Deborah Flaherty and her husband Robert, Sandra Soucy and her husband Richard, and Wendy Mirabella; grandchildren, Scott, Tawni, Rebecca, Garrett, Ryan, Andrew, and John; great-grandchildren, Sylas, Abigail, Isabella, and Mia; siblings, John Ross and his wife Susan, Sharon Legasey and her husband Thomas, Stephan Ross, Cynthia Shea and her husband Frederic, James Ross and his wife Mary, Daniel Ross, Christine Flagg and her husband Earl, Nancy Mirabella, Jane Walker and her husband Luke, Nina Richardson and her husband Richard. He is predeceased by his first and infant daughter, Ann; father, Antonio Mirabella; mother Virginia Ross; brother, Philip Nofi; and sisters, Janice Lebonte and Kathleen Hall.
Visiting hours will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2019 in Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 74 Algonquin Ave (off Route 151), MASHPEE. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 9th in the funeral home with visitation prior from 11:00 – 11:45 a.m. Burial will follow the service at 1:30 p.m. at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
