Walter W. Zylinski

Walter W. Zylinski, 79, of Falmouth, died at his home on October 31.

Walter “Walt” was born in Falmouth and worked as a Menswear Buyer for the U.S. Coast Guard Exchange at Otis Air Force base for over 40 years.

Walt was a multi-faceted talented artist, leaving an impression on everyone who knew him through his creativity and personality.  Through realistic portraits, textile design, storefront window dressing, he brought his creativity to life.

He was the son of the late Stanley and Marion Zylinski, and brother to late Jane Masse. He leaves two brothers, Edwin P. Zylinski of Hatchville and Ronald Zylinski of Marston Mills, as well as many nieces, nephews and several cousins. He was predeceased by his siblings, Robert S. Zylinski and Ann K. Costa.

Memorial services will be private.
